A bit more about Liesbeth

After my master’s degree in Italian Language and Literature and International Business Communication at Utrecht University, I moved to Italy. After a career of more than twenty years in which I supported various management teams in executive functions at international companies, I specialized in Clinical Psychology.

My work and life experience enable me to listen, understand, and guide people with their difficulties. I work from empathy, dedication, and genuine listening, searching together with my clients for various strategies to learn to recognize, understand, accept, and address their difficulties and, subsequently, increase their well-being.

I am specialized in individual and couple therapy. I focus on recognizing and acknowledging anxiety and anger patterns and building self-confidence, personal growth, and emotional intelligence. I work with adolescents (from 16 years old) and (young) adults, and thanks to my business experience, I can also contribute to improving work relationships and group processes.

My Dutch background brings an international dimension that can open new perspectives. I strongly believe in prevention and empowering people.
